Sleeping like a log


The phone is one of the causes why we can´t sleep well. Because we are hours and hours talking with our friends. Also, there are so many apps where you can watch videos and photos and we spend a lot of time in them, usually at night.

Another reason is the stress, for the exams, problems with friends, problems with relatives… This makes us having difficulties trying to sleep. 

With the coronavirus and the quarantine a lot of teens didn´t have a good timetable, but this happens during our holiday, too.
